1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, diced
1 small carrot, diced
1/4 small cabbage, sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cooked short-grain rice, refrigerated overnight
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
A pinch of coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 cup frozen peas
100 g firm tofu
1/8 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp black salt

Step 1 Use "Browning" mode on the cooker.
Step 2 Add 1 tbsp oil, 1 diced onion, 1 diced carrot, 1/4 chopped cabbage, 1/4 tsp salt, and a dash of water. the cover to cook for two mins.
Step 3 Add 1 1/2 cups of refrigerated overnight rice, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of vegan oyster sauce and 1/4 cup of frozen peas.
Step 4 Remove the fried rice from the cooker for later use.
Step 5 Use "Browning" mode on the cooker. Add 100g firm tofu and 1/8 tsp of black salt. Add removed fried rice from step 4 back into the cooker.
VOILA! Top with chopped spring onion and enjoy!
