Ingredients

4 oz frozen mixed vegetables
¼ cup cooked cannellini beans
12 oz tomato pasta sauce
¾ cup water
Vegan Parmesan cheese
1.5 small red onion
3 garlic cloves
4 oz mushrooms
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1 Add 4 oz of frozen mixed vegetables, 1/4 cannellini beans, 12 oz of pasta sauce and 3/4 cup of water into cooker.
Step 2 Cook with "Rice" mode for 20 mins.
Step 3 Add 4 oz of pasta and cook for another 8-10 mins. Turn off the cooker, stir and remove pasta.
Step 4 Start "Browning/Saute" mode. Add 1 1/2 diced small red onions, 3 cloves of garlic, olive oil, a dash of hot water, 4 oz of mushroom, salt and pepper,.
VOILA! Turn off the cooker and add the pasta into the cooker. Mix and top with vegan parmesan!
