|Step 1||Chop pumpkin into small cubes and remove the seeds.|
|Step 2||Use "Browning" mode on the cooker. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 cups of pumpkin cubes, 1 tsp of dried thyme, a pinch of salt.|
|Step 3||Remove from the cooker for later use. Set on "Browning" mode, then add 1/2 brown onion, and 1tbsp of olive oil,|
|Step 4||Place ingredients from Step 2 into the cooker, then add 1/8 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 1/8 tsp of ground nutmeg and 1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon.|
|Step 5||Add 1 cup of water and 1/2 vegetable broth cube, then set to 10 mins at 90C/ 195F.|
|VOILA!||Transfer to a blender, blend and serve!|
