Ingredients

1 pound potatoes
2 tbsp vegan butter
½ cup water
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Roasted garlic
Grated vegan cheddar cheese
Olive oil

Instructions
Step 1 Chop one pound (454g) of potatoes.
Step 2 Place into cooker, add 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/8 tsp of ground black pepper.
Step 3 Cook with "Rice" mode .
Step 4 Smash potatoes with a potato masher.
Step 5 Add 2 tbsp of vegan butter, 4 roasted garlic cloves, a dash of olive oil, and vegan cheddar cheese.
