Zest some orange, toss it on top, and let cook until your cranberries are soft and ready to smash! Make a simple slurry to add to your cranberries with additional spices for added flavor.

Ingredients

7 oz frozen cranberries
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/8 cup port/red wine
1/4 cup water
Zest from 1 orange
2 tsp tapioca starch + 4 tsp water
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground clove
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 cup fresh orange juice

Instructions
Step 1 Add 7 oz of frozen cranberries, 1/4 cup of light brown sugar, 1/8 cup of port, 1/4 cup of water and zest from 1 orange.
Step 2 Cook with "Manual" for 10 mins.
Step 3 Use "Browning" to reduce the liquid, then smash some cranberries.
Step 4 Make a slurry: 2 tsp corn starch + 4 tsp water.
Step 5 Add the slurry, 1/4 tsp of allspice, 1/8 tsp clove, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 cup of fresh orange juice,
VOILA! Stir and serve this flavourful side dish!
