|Step 1||Add 1/2 cup of short grain rice, 1/3 cup of cooked brown lentils, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp of mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of ground cumin.|
|Step 2||Cook with "Rice" mode.|
|Step 3||Remove the rice out of the cooker for later use.|
|Step 4||Start "Browning/Saute" mode. Add olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 3 oz of chopped mushrooms, sea salt and black pepper.|
|Step 5||Cover to cook for 5 mins.|
